When I first envisioned the Kaci Help app, one thought kept me awake at night: How do we give people the courage to speak, the safety to be heard, and the freedom to choose how they are seen?
That was the seed that grew into Beeps, the feature that today forms the heartbeat of Kaci Help.
But the journey here didn’t happen overnight. Back in 2014, I built my very first platform, Feb, later renamed Femond and then Wuuf. It was a forum for students to share their thoughts and experiences in and outside school, live chat with each other, and even connect with companies.
In 2015, I launched Ajuwaya, an app for Nigeria’s youth service corps members (corpers). It gave them space to share their one-year NYSC experiences, search for jobs, and build connections. The name came naturally: Ajuwaya is the popular slang for corpers.
By 2016, I turned to relationships and advice, creating Kounsel , a place where people could post their struggles and get advice from the general public or experts ranked on leaderboards.
In 2020, I developed Zuri, a WhatsApp chatbot that allowed users to verify news, ask questions, share updates, top up credits, and even buy electricity units; all without leaving WhatsApp.
Then came Factbeep in 2021, a social aggregation app where users could post, and others could comment, upvote, or downvote.
Each project taught me something about how people connect, share, and seek help. By 2022, I realized all these lessons belonged in one place. That’s how Kaci Help was born, a consolidated app that brings together years of innovation into a single, unified platform.
And at its center is Beeps, a space for people to share their voices, their truths, and sometimes, their cries for help.
Why Beeps?
I’ve always believed that every person has a story to share, a warning to give, or an experience to release. But too often, people remain silent out of fear: fear of judgment, fear of exposure, fear of consequences.
On many social platforms, I noticed a familiar pattern: users would send private emails or messages to bloggers and influencers, begging them to share their stories anonymously with their audience. They wanted to be heard but not seen.
That struck me deeply. Why should someone need a middleman to have their voice amplified?
With Kaci Beeps, you don’t need to send your story to anyone else. You can share directly. Just tick the anonymous option, and your words go out to the community instantly, without your name or face attached. Instead of silence or dependency, you now have choice: speak as yourself, or speak as Anonymous. Either way, you’re heard.
Getting Started: Your Gateway to Posting Beeps
To make sure Beeps remain safe and trusted, Kaci requires a few steps before you can start posting:
-
Sign Up with Your Active Phone Number
This ensures real people, not bots, use the app. -
Complete Your Profile
Edit your details so your account is fully set up. -
Add Two Trusted Guardians
Input their full name, phone number, and email. Guardians strengthen the safety net within Kaci. -
Get Your Kaci Security Number (KSN)
Once your Guardians are set, your KSN is automatically generated. Think of it as your access pass to Beeps.
⚠️ Without a KSN: you can still browse Beeps, view, search, filter, and like, but you can’t comment or create. This safeguard keeps the community safe from trolls and bad actors.

Anonymous Beeps: Your Shield, Not a Weapon
Anonymity on Kaci is about protection, not destruction.
-
✅ Use it to raise concerns without fear.
-
✅ Use it to share sensitive experiences.
-
✅ Use it to warn others while staying safe.
But remember:
-
❌ Anonymous doesn’t mean untraceable. Violations can still be tied back to accounts.
-
❌ It’s not a license for abuse, misinformation, or hate.
When used responsibly, anonymous Beeps empower vulnerable voices that would otherwise stay silent.

Beeps in Emergencies
One of the most powerful uses of Beeps is during emergencies.
Imagine:
-
You’re in danger.
-
You post a Beep with your location.
-
Nearby users see it instantly.
-
A photo or voice note adds urgency.
Unlike follower-based apps, Beeps are visible to people around you by country or location filters. This reach can save lives.
Why Beeps Matter
At its core, Beeps is about community awareness:
-
Sharing experiences: good or bad.
-
Raising awareness: from climate insights to local alerts.
-
Protecting yourself and others: by sharing warnings.
-
Helping: by responding to others’ calls.
-
Connecting: even anonymously.
Beeps turn awareness into action. A simple post can ripple into impact.
Final Thoughts: Be Heard, Be Responsible
As someone who has spent nearly a decade building platforms for connection, I believe Beeps represent the future of safe, accountable, and empowering online communities.
With every Beep, you add a thread to the larger fabric of trust and awareness that Kaci is weaving.
-
Your voice matters.
-
Anonymity is a privilege, not an excuse.
-
Every Beep has the power to save, inspire, or inform.
So go ahead, create your first Beep today. Whether known or anonymous, your words might be exactly what someone needs to hear.
