What is the Consultation feature on Kaci?

The Consultation feature allows users to connect with registered agencies or professionals for private advice, guidance, or issue resolution, directly within the app.

Do I need a Kaci Plan to use Consultation?

Yes. The Consultation feature is only available to users with an active Kaci Plan. Free plan users cannot initiate consultations.

How do I start a consultation?

Go to the Consultation section, select the relevant agency, type in the subject and details of your concern, then submit. The agency will respond through the Activity tab, where live chat will take place.

Can I submit more than one consultation at a time?

No. You can only have one active consultation at a time. You must wait until your current consultation is marked as resolved before starting another.

How do I communicate during a consultation?

All communication happens via the live chat feature within the app’s Activity tab. You’ll get notified when the agency responds.

Are my consultation details private?

Yes. All consultations are confidential, and the information you provide is only shared with the selected agency. Kaci uses end-to-end encryption to protect your data

You can consult about medical, legal, safety, climate, community, or other agency-supported topics depending on the options available in your country or region.

Response times vary by agency availability, but you’ll be notified immediately once a response is received in the app.
